Notes
- Specifications Conditions: Specifications apply after a 30-minute warm-up at the operating environment of 18℃ to 28℃, with the instrument at "Low" measurement rate.
- Ranges can be exceeded by 10% on all ranges except for 1000 V DC, 750 V AC, 10 A DC, 10 A AC, 50 MΩ resistance, and 50 mF capacitance ranges.
- For each additional volt over ±500 VDC, add 0.02 mV of error.
- True RMS AC voltage specifications are for a sine wave input amplitude >5% of the range. For input sine waves from 1% to 5% of the range, add 0.1% error.
- A duty cycle of 30 seconds ON followed by 30 seconds OFF is recommended for continuous currents higher than DC 7 A or AC RMS 7 A.
- True RMS AC current specifications are for a sine wave input amplitude >0.5% of the range. For inputs from 1% to 5% of the range, add 0.1% of the range extra error.
- Resistance specifications are for 2–wire ohms using the relative operation function. Without relative operation, add ±0.20 Ω additional error in 2-wire ohms function.
- Frequency specifications are applicable to inputs as follows: for frequency ≤10 MHz, AC input voltage >1 V; for frequency >10 MHz, AC input voltage >3 V.
- Capacitance specifications assume the use of the relative operation function. Using non-film capacitors may introduce additional errors. Specifications apply for inputs from 5% to 110% of each range.
