📦 Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with original packaging and tags.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at TestingLabShop@gmail.com.
Once your return request is approved, our support team will send you:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your package
Please note: Do not send any items back without first contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Our return address will be provided by customer support based on your specific case.
📷 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at TestingLabShop@gmail.com, so we can make it right.
🔁 Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest method is to:
- Initiate a return for the item you have.
- Once accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
💳 Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of return approval.
- Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–15 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
